Job Description

Responsibilities:
➢You will be overall accountable for all aspects of project delivery
➢ End to end management of fast moving projects
➢ Manage internal service levels and KPI (ie timely delivery of project phases)
➢ Manage internal project team and delivery processes
➢ Coaching of junior project executives
➢ Timely resolution of project escalation to/from Customers and Providers
➢ Prompt updating of tasks on Project Management Portal
➢ Participate in, and/or lead various projects to support the business
➢ Submit weekly reports on all Provisioning and Service Management matters.

Requirements:
▪ Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles in resource management or project management experience in professional services industries. Minimum 1 year experience in managing and leading a Project team of at least 2 members.
▪ Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
