Job Description
Role, Duties and Responsibilities
You will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for Company social media, marketing materials and similar platforms.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
• Monitoring social media and Company website metrics.
• Suggesting new ways to promote Company offerings and to reach consumers by using social media platform such as Tiktok, Reels, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Reach sales target set forth by the Company.
Job Requirements
• The incumbent must posses a degree holder in Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Minor in Human Resource Management (if any)
• Gain at least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Having knowledge in services Company or outsourcing Company.
• Having background in Human Resource line.
• Knowledge in video editing and creation.
• Love to do sales and good communication skill.
• Love to meet people and attend any marketing and business event.
• Easy to work with and flexible.
• Fast action.
• Posses own transport.
The incumbent will be getting Basic Salary & Commission.
