Job Description

1. NSC Role:
• Store and file all national parts documentation in orderly manner
• To process national parts administration documents (i.e. credit application, new customer, vendors, duties)
• Post materials movements using IT systems
• Produce and process quotes and invoices for wholesale customers
• Works with wholesale and internal customers in considering credit applications, handling complaints and negotiating prices
• Works with vendors in considering credit applications, handling complaints and negotiating prices
• Administrative activities in the context of acquisition, e.g. letters about promotions
• Prepare and perform national parts inventories inclusive of purchase order
• Liaise with customs/vendor regarding all incoming customs taxes and duties

 

2. Own retail role:
• Store and file all own retail parts documentation in orderly manner
• To process own retail parts administration documents (i.e. credit application, new customer, duties)
• Post materials movements using IT systems
• Produce and process quotes and invoices for retail customers
• Works with retail, wholesale and internal customers in considering credit applications, handling complaints and negotiating prices
• Administrative activities in the context of acquisition, e.g. letters about promotions
• Prepare and perform own retail parts inventories
