Job Description

– Receive, review, and process customer orders promptly. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Enter order information into the order management system accurately.
– Address customer inquiries related to orders, delivery times, and product availability.
– Communicate order confirmations, shipping details, and any changes to customers.
– Resolve any issues or discrepancies with customer orders efficiently.
– Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and relevant internal stakeholders.
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet production and order fulfillment needs.

– Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of materials based on forecasted needs.
– Analyze historical data and sales forecasts to predict future material requirements.
– KPI Requirements: Tracking customer satisfaction scores.Monitoring adherence to plans and schedules.Reporting on operational performance and making data-driven recommendations.Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements :-
– Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any related fields.
– Good written and verbal skill in Malay, English and Chinese (Preferred Chinese Ethnicity to liaise with China Corporation)
– Proficiency in using computer (M’soft Windows – Excel, Word, Power point, PDF and etc).
– Preferably those with similar experience within customer service and schedule planning, materials planning and control preferably in manufacturing related industry.
