Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Understanding the customers’ business and uncovering their needs through questioning and Data Analysis.
• Providing business solutions and advice.
• Overcoming any objections.
• Calling existing customers to relate to new updates and handling incoming leads.

Requirements:
• Candidate must at least possess minimum of Diploma or higher qualification in any related field.
• Must at least possess a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in any related field.
• Has solid experience in pre-call planning, call control, account development & time management.
• Must be able to start immediately.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
