Responsibility
• Assist with hiring and training of new employees
• Share continual responsibility for deciding how to manage team member, ensuring calls are handled efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with employee and client

Requirement
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma or higher in any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed and passionate to learn
• At least 2-3 years of working experience
