Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team and ensure the team’s key KPI are met and delivered in time; whilst maintaining the team’s morale.
• He/She needs to participate and be involved in on-going development and new processes.
• Assure that the team members attend necessary trainings – to be up to date with the company’s product and policies.
• Encourage creativity, risk taking and constant improvement.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Degree qualification in any related field.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to start immediately.
