– To manage resources, planning, implementing contact center strategies effectively.
– Problem solving skills in handling complaints effectively and efficiently.
– Good written and communication skill.
– Experience in reporting using micro soft excel or google sheet is an added advantage.
– Willing to take on additional task assign.
– Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
