Job Description

Responsibilities :-
1) Responsible in managing assigned commodities to achieve competitive purchase
cost, delivery and quality to meet company’s needs.
2) Comply with the superior instruction, cooperate assigned team work schedule.
3) Responsible for his/her signatures on functional documents and/or electronic
signature on functional documents and/or system documents including without
limitation supplier’s quotations, specifications, quality certificates, audit paper, goods
or service receiving or acceptance etc. Any supervisors’ endorsement or signature will
not release him/her from any negligence, omission or mistake.
4) Cost reduction – Purchase Price Variance
5) Drive VMI / JIT implementation
6) Supplier Development and Management
7) Supplier consolidation
8) Raise Sourcing Strategy
9) Sign Purchasing Agreement

Requirements :-
– Minimum a Diploma. An Engineering Degree preferred.
– 3 years’ experience in purchasing of engineering components, contract and services.
– Preferably in an sizeable, fast pace manufacturing environment.
– Good in negotiating skills.
– Communicate well in English & Chinese
