Job Description

Responsibilities :-
1) Suppliers sourcing and selection activities which include set up , supplier audits ,
supplier control , supplier training , supplier capability , capacity , technolog mapping
and support incoming supply quality requirement.
2) Material readiness in term of expediting, price implementation, cost reduction and
inventory control.
3) Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and ensure no short of supply or
over purchase and meeting min/max requirement.
4) Close communication and support planner and business units to meet customer
requirement.
5) Good working relationship with internal customers to drive and maintain high
accuracy in inventory management , forecast support , material constraint and
delivery compliance.
6) Commodity management which include supplier base and parts optimization.
7) Support in terms of EOL / ECN and components replacement process.
8) Support business unit in term material data info , exposure and business liability.
9) All audits compliance in term of certification and environmental process.
10) Support stock take activities.
11) KPI Requirement :- Cost Saving, Supplier On time Delivery & Payment term Control.
12) Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Requirements :-
– SPM/STPM/Diploma in the similar field
– Min 1 year experience in Manufacturing
– Good written and verbal skill in English, Chinese & Malay
– Knowledge in Microsoft Windows
– Good communication skills
