Job scopes

• Service existing customer and identify potential customer.
• Establish strong customer relationship.
• Attend to customers queries, feedback and complaints.
• Prepare sales quotation, liaise with operation and invoicing team to complete the sales process.
• Responsible for collections and credit control.
• Prepare Monthly Sales Report and provide information about sales activities to management team.
