Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments from Corporate Office and other affiliates.
• Manage incoming shipments and clearance.
• Prepare monthly forecast report with collaboration from other departments.
• Identify, investigate and correct stock variances.
• Compile and prepare reports.
• Ensure KPIs are met.
• Develop and document SOP.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management .
• Proficient in MS Office applications – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory system is an added advantage.
• Confident and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of independence, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Working experience in the direct selling industry is an added advantage.
