 Processing a high volume of product orders.
 Processing invoices for all sales transactions
 Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
 Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
 Supporting the sales force with general operations to
help reach the team’s objectives.
 Taking phone calls from customers.
 Communicating internally important feedback from
customers.
 Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

 Monitoring the client matters and settling the same in
order to ensure perfectly contented client services.
 Making sure that installation tasks are undertaken in the
company also with agreement to the customer particularities.
 Making sure that all the tasks and projects are executed
in agreement to the needs of the same.
 Working with other sections of the company in order to
execute installation undertakings and workings.
 Making sure that the installation sellers and
merchandisers are chosen and not random.
 Directing the associates of the installation section on a
daily basis.
