Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Respond to all customers inquiries, complaints and supports via phone and email
-Build rapport with customers and long term loyalty
-Handle inbound call professionally and uncover customers needs
-Understand customer peculiarities
-Promote teamworks and collaboration within team and department

RRQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree
-2 years of working experience
-Good communication skills and able to interact will all levels of people
-Required languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia

WORKING HOUR:
MON-FRI (9:30am-6:30pm)
