Requirements:
• Must possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess high integrity and values in work ethics.
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties related to HR, for example, orientation scheduling for new staff, training & development initiatives, programs and activities.
• Preparing job posting for vacancies and scheduling interviews for job applicants.
• Handle office administrative matters including payroll processing, staff performance, Attendance, leaves & overtime
• Handle office maintenance including office telephone/cell phone and office door systems, or other facilities related matters for staff.
• Maintaining employee files and HR filling system.
• Handle any other admin ad hoc matters as and when required.

Salary: RM1,300 /month
