* To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all products
* Liaise with different parties to resolve clients issues
* Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedback for improvement plan
* Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed adhere to procedures and polices

Job Requirement

* Fresh grad are WELCOME to apply
* Possess at least 1-2 years customer service experiences
* Able to speak in Malay and English
* Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
