Job Descriptions:

– To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
– Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
– Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.

Job Requirements:-

– Min Diploma/Degree in any fields
– Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken and written)
– Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are welcome to apply.
– Applicant(s) must be able to start work immediately and to be based in Kuala Lumpur
– Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated.

Salary : RM 2, 200 ~ RM 2, 800
