▪︎To Communication and participate in a team meeting in order to share best practice.
▪︎To ensure excellent reliability with minimal unplanned absences as per company guidelines.
▪︎To assist the candidate with all aspects of the testing process from registration to test delivery.
▪︎To respond the incoming emails or call within a specified timeframe according to company guidelines.
▪︎Candidates should at least possess SPM, Diploma (Advanced/Higher or Graduate)
▪︎Experience in Customer Service, at least 1-2 years in chat, email and call support.
▪︎Excellent spoken in Malay and English.
