Job Description

CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-
-Managing incoming calls and emails form clients.

-Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

-Identifying and assessing clients need to ensure service excellence.

-Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.

-Handling day-to-day administrativte task.

-Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service surveys.

-Develop the strategy the team will use reach its goals.

Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at lease Diploma or Degree.

-Good English communication skills.

-At lease 1 or 2 years working experince.

-Confident in corresponding with clients over the phone.

-Good working knowledge and ability to learn fast.

-WORKING HOURS:-
Mon – Fri
9.30 am – 6.30 pm

-SALARY:-
RM 2000 – RM 3000
