Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Salary up to 2000-2500 (basic + commission)
EPF, SOCSO, Annual leave &Medical leave
Office work hours from 8.00 – 5.00PM
Walking distance from public transportation (LRT Kerinchi).
Training + allowances will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
