Job Description

Job scope

– Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
– Answers phone calls, schedule appointment for customer.
– Develop and maintain a filling system.
– Process petty cash, payment voucher and others claim for submission.

Requirements:

– Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Admin.
– At least 1 year experience in related filed.
– Excellent written, verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Good in Computer skills
