-Handles Front Desk Operations such as handling customer arrivals registration, departures, and walk-in requests.
-Responding promptly to all customers’ requests and inquiries by the performance standard by telephone, or in person.
-Consistent in delivering excellent service standards to customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
-To handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls.
-Prepare and submit daily and weekly front desk operations reports promptly.
-Provide feedback to management regularly for improvement in all aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
Enquiring about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
Meeting customers’ expectations and providing consultation/services professionally.
Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor/manager.
Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements:
-Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Must be willing to work on shifts at 6.45 am, on weekends and public holidays.
-Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and Good English speaking.
-Has a passion for service. Previous service experience will be an advantage.
-Good team player and willing to learn.
-Full-time position(s) available.
-Able to start work immediately/on short notice.
-Being a women-only club, we regret that we only engage ladies for the above position.
