Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
Enquiring about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
-Meeting customers’ expectations and providing consultation/services professionally.
-Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor/manager.
-Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

-At least 1 year experience relevant experience.
-With experience in body slimming will be an added advantage.
-Required to work retail operating hours and shift duties.
Being a women ‘s-only club, we regret that we only engage ladies for the above positions.

Salary Package RM3,500 (Basic salary + Monthly attendance allowance + Attractive monthly Commission + Monthly Incentive)
Yearly medical subsidy RM300
Annual leave 12 days
6 off days per month
Off on certain public holiday
