Full-Time Sales Admin Assistant

Salary range: ~RM2000

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
To support sales team.
To handle inquiries and requests from customers.
To raised sales order (SO) and purchase order (PO)
To process delivery order and ensure smooth delivery of goods/services.
To monitor stock inventory
To key in Quotation.
To prepare and maintain proper filling & recording system in department.

Job Requirements:
Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Candidate must possesses at least Diploma with minimum one (1) year working experience in administration work.
Knowledge and experience in Building Materials is preferred.
Required language(s): Mandarin as you need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers/vendors.
