Job Description

Job scope

– Lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and have full responsibility for the food and kitchen item.
– Maintain high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding dinners’ expectation.
– Need to have knowledge and focus on profit and loss.
– Responsible to order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
– Responsible to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.
– Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload.
– Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
– Manage the entire kitchen operation with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & practices, staff training & development in consistency manner.
– Prepare and review SOP related to kitchen management and food preparation.
– Need to support Ad Hoc task for time to time.
