Salary range: ~RM2000

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-To conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.
-To provide excellent customer service
-To conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling
-To conduct effective customer due diligence
-To reconcile daily transactions
-To be responsible and accountable for the safety of the cash and outlet

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-No working experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Strong communication skills and confident dealing with both local and foreign customer.
-Cash handling experience will be an added advantage.
-Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills.
-Able to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas.
-Detailed oriented and organized.
-Able to work on shifts (10am-7pm and 1pm-10pm)
-Able to take on weekends and Public Holidays

 

Salary: RM1,600.00 to RM2,200.00 /month
