REQUIREMENT:
*Malaysian
*Minimum high school education level SPM/STPM
*3-5 years proven experience in f&b industry
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English/Bahasa
*Effective problem-solving abilities
*Must be able to work on weekends or public holidays
*Able to travel/Transfer within Klang Valley to others outlet

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Trains and prepares all work schedules
*Manage the daily running of the assigned outlet, effective resource planning and implementing relevant strategies to meet sales goals and targets.
*Maintain the daily operations and maintenance of the outlet.
*Responsible for all phases of inventory and cash controls and insures it is in compliance with the established policies and procedures.
*Responsible for ordering, maintaining constant order flow, and proper inventory levels at all times.
*Responsible for accuracy in all areas of paperwork on a daily basis (banking, sales reports, and inventory)
*Handles any customers inquiries in a courteous manner
*Develops and motivates employees, keeping morale and work ethics at their peak.
