Salary range: ~RM3000

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Manage all client issues and resolve all complaints effectively.
– Provide appropriate consultation to client for various services.
– Assist customer service employee and provide backup support.
– Develop and maintain effective relationship with clients.

Job Requirements:
– Candidate must at least have minimum of Diploma and above.
– At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Able to start immediately.

Working conditions:
– Basic salary + Commission
– Permanent position
– Monday to Friday
– 9.30am – 5.30pm
– Near to KL Monorel station
