Job Description

Working Location: Setia City Mall, Shah Alam

• Greet, serve and provide assistance to customer.
• Distribute perfume blotters diligently to attract customer.
• Approach customers, identify their needs, and recommend products to fulfill their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service.
• Achieve given sales target and expectations.
• Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
• Support in merchandise related processes (deliveries & returns)
• Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes.
• Monitor stock’s batch code consistently and update Manager before expiry dates.
• Design product display at shop, promote and upkeep product and the image of the brand.
• Communicate with Manager to build sales and teamwork.
