Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform outbound calls to existing, new and potential customers in order to understand their concerns and promote right services.
Keep records of calls and useful information in the system.
Assist potential customers to do account registration.
Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization.
Handle sales, products & services enquiries.
Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Salary up to RM 2000 – RM 3500 (basic + commission)
Fantastic earnings – commissions & bonus
EPF, SOCSO, Annual leave &Medical leave
Office work hours (8.00 – 5.00PM)
Walking distance from public transportation (LRT Kerinchi).
Training + allowances provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field.
Required language(s): BM & English; Mandarin will be added advantage
Minimum 1 year experience in the area of call centre is advantageous.
Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs.
Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
