Job Description

Responsibilities :-
1) Assist Assistant Finance Manager on closing of monthly accounts before target date
2) Match Direct Purchase Invoices, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and allocation of
accounts for accounting input
3) Prepare creditor payment upon due date Preparation of Debit/Credit Note to supplier
4) Prepare Journal Voucher for Creditor adjustment transactions
5) Prepare miscellaneous payment ie.: monthly HP creditor installment, petty cash claims
6) Analyses of Balance Sheet accounts
7) Reconciliation of Creditor Statement before payment made
8) To carry out other duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements :-
– Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
– Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently
– Meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Able to start immediately is an advantage
– Languages: English and Mandarin
– Willing to work in Perai, Penang
– Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
