Job Description

Job scopes:
– Installation of PC, printers, network switches
– Check and maintain computer hardware and peripherals such as mouses, keyboards, printers and scanners
– Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
– Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
– Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
– Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
– Perform preventive maintenance for computers and printers
– Work uder pressure with minimum supervision, and meet SLA and KPI given

Requirements:
– Previous working experience as IT Technician for at least 3 years is an advantage
– Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
– At least Skill Certificate (SKM / others), Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field
– Problem solver and attention to details
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
– Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
– Certification as IT Technician will be a big plus
– Familiar with Windows 7, 10, office 2013, office 2016
– Solid knowledge in Windows base applications and system
– Able to work according to rules and regulations
– Work onsite at customer’s premise
– Possesses own transport (car) with valid driving license
– Local Malaysian
– Coverage area: Trolak, Sg. Tengi, Ipoh
