Salary range: ~RM2000

Job Description

Engage with customers by telephone/whatsapp to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Review policy & terms to determine compliance matters. Maintain and update SOP and record.
Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients

Monthly Commission up to RM2000 (not including basic salary)
EPF, SOCSO included
Yearly Bonus
Allowances & Annual Leave provided

Malaysian Citizen
Minimum SPM or higher
Preferably with outspoken personality
Computer Literate (microsoft office (word, excel)
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer complaints
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.
