Job Description

Receive and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Answer customer enquiry on timely manner.
Track all delivery end to end.
Answer phone, return and provide online customer service.
Pick and pack delivery items.
Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery process.
Handle customer complaints.
Other ad-hoc task as when as needed by management.
Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.

Salary: RM1,650.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
