Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Respond to all calls, chat and emails with a sence of urgency.
– Consistently reaching weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
– Using internal tools to handle our customers interactions.
– Assist with customer care and scheduling calls as needed.

REQUIREMENT :
– Diploma holder and above.
– manages ambiguity and conflict.
– Decision quality.
– Customer focus and communicates effectively.

WORKING HOURS & DAYS :
– Monday to Friday
– 09.30am to 06.30pm
