Job Description

Job Scope:

▪︎Manage customer inquires and ensure appropriate assistance in compliance with company policies and proxedures.
▪︎Develop and maintain professional relationship with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional customer care services.
▪︎Working closely with team/manager and source appropriate material for customer.
▪︎Do business development and build relationship with client in the respective business.

Job Requirements:

▪︎Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional Degree in any fields.
▪︎1-2 years working experience required in any related fields.
▪︎Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
▪︎Able to work in a fast paced environment.
▪︎Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have added advantage.
