*Typing letters and other business documents.
*Sorting and responding to mail .
*Issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
*Familiarity with office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
*Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and basic accounting software.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Attention to detail, solid organization and multi-tasking abilities
*Maturity, integrity and willingness to learn.
*Mostly prefer hiring Clerks who have experience working with office software. otherwise we will provide training.
*basic RM1200 per month.
