Salary range: ~RM2000

Job Description

– Handling Customer Appointment. Contact customer to explain on procedure & documentation.
– Coordinating Appointment with Inspection Center’s
– Monitoring Inspection at workshop together with Inspector ensuring sufficient info and documents.
– Ensuring Inspector sufficiently uploaded the required photos and remarks on repair costings onto Mazda Used Car Platform.
– Monitoring periodic Valuation is revised & uploaded by Preowned Department.
– Handling Customer Appointment (BUYER). Coordinating Appointment with Klang Valley Branches Sales Team on viewing / test drive).
– Booking, Financing, Puspakom Inspection, Insurance Ownership Transfer. –
– Coordinating with Sales Team and monitor entire process flow with checklist.
– Prepare monthly report on Sales Transaction and conversion rate to new vehicle/repurchase(bookings & registration).

 

Job Requirement

– Candidate must posses at least SPM/Diploma in Business admin or any field
– At least 1 year working experience in related field
– Good communication & interpersonal skills
– Computer literate competent in MS Office
– Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
