Job description
• Responsible for providing only healthy, quality and safe food to patients
• Provide standard nutritional guidelines according to hospital specifications
• Monitor the flow of the process from the order from the ward to the distribution of food to the patient
• Monitor food quality in terms of taste, presentation, freshness and portion size
• Plan fixed and therapeutic menus according to hospital specifications
• Provide training and information on patient nutrition to supervisors, Diet clerks, patient service assistants, chefs and cooks.
Job requirement
• candidate must be posses with Degree/Diploma in dietetics
• Fresh grad is encouraged to apply
