Job Description
Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
Train, lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors, assistant supervisor and warehouse assistant by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and efficiency.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure warehouse compound and facilities are well maintained.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in managing material management or logistic operations
Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) is added advantage
Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Good analytical approach and exposure to some level of planning shall be an added advantage
Computer literate (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
