RM5,000 – RM8,000 starting base salary plus uncapped earning potential!
The position of Manager, Development Agency can be quite challenging but also rewarding. We are an industry leader in receivables financing. Johor Bahru is our first agency in Malaysia without apple to apple competition.
The Development Agency Manager primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company. He/ she is responsible for develop, training & managing agents and achieving the sales targets
Job Description
-Plan, implement and supervise the agents marketing activities and sales tactics to achieve target set by the management.
-Lead, coach, motivate, train and facilitate the agents to achieve financial sales target
-Conduct regular meeting/ briefing with agents on status of sales activities, achievement against targets as well as updating sales team on the latest products, policies and procedures
-Conduct corporate presentation on agents corporate client
-Prepare and ensure presentation and training material are up- to-date
-Provide end to end supports to agents
-Perform administrative tasks and projects assigned by the management
Requirement
-Candidate must possess minimum degree in any related field
-At least 3 years of working experience managing agency
-Good Organizational leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Strong marketing and public speaking skill, with ability to comprehend financial information
-Ability to deliver on agreed business targets
