Full-Time Admin cum HR & account assistant

Salary range: ~RM1500

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– To assist in interacting and dealing with customers
– To assist in the controlling and properly maintaining of company documents, DO, Invoices & Debtor.
– To ensure proper filing and matching of documents.
– Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and hardcopy for easier retrieval.
– Maintain the files and record in sequence as required.
– Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, answering general queries by phone.
– Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

 

Criteria:
– Applicants must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any relevant fields.
– Prefer applicant with experience, however without experience may apply too
– Applicant with general knowledge of fire fighting background as well as other related products knowledge is a bonus.
– Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office.
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, English.

 

Kelayakan:
Warganegara Malaysia
Disiplin tinggi dan boleh bekerja mengikut arahan
Lepasan Diploma/ Ijazah dalam bidang perniagaan, perakaunan dan setaraf.
Berpengalaman di dalam bidang Pentadbiran, Perakaunan dan Kewangan 1 tahun.
Pemahaman yang tinggi di dalam proses pentadbiran, perakaunan.
Amanah dan bertanggungjawab
Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri dan lesen memandu yang sah
