Job Description
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Prepare and submit customer invoices
• Code, post and receipt payments
• Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
• Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
• Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Maintain vendor file
• Maintains accouting records by making copies; filing documents

Job Requirement
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
 Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
 Able to work independently
 Able to speak and write English.
