Job Description

-Knowledge in UBS software
-Able to handle full set of accounts, timely preparation of financial and management reports, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, reviewing and analyzing financial data and performance, supervising all banking and taxation matters of the Company/Group.
-Knowledge of taxation, property and consolidated financial statements.
-Handle Account Payable function and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers or vendors in line with deadlines.
-Ensure that all accounts reconciliation (i.e: bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation) are performed up to date and adjustments are taken up on timely basis.
-Perform GL function. Ensure correct recognition of revenue, costs and expenses.
Recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries / problems that arise.
-Handle audit, taxation and statutory including liaisons with the external auditors, tax agent and secretarial firm.
-Implement effective internal controls and maintain proper accounting records.
-Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the Exchange(s), directives and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies, and the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
-Perform any others ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
