Job Description

Job scopes:
1. Response to customer inquires and take down customer order
2. Stock take and update inventory in system
3. Monitor account receivable and collection from customers
4. Familiarised with accounting software (we use quickbook, or any knowledge will do)
5. Filing and organising documents
6. Able to communicate friendly and in pleasant manner with customers
7. Self motivated and attention to details
8. Monitor cash flows
9. Proficient with Excel and power point

 

Salary Offers
RM1400-RM1600 with standard deduction in tax, epf and socso
Probation 1 month and upon successful completion will be absorbed as full time staff.
