Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To build strong customer relationship.
Handle incoming prospective customers’ inquiries, building rapport, learning their needs.
Identify and communicate feedback from customer to management for continuous improvement.
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of products
Validate & verify customer’s information & details accurately.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Salary up to RM 2000 – RM 3500 (basic + commission)
Fantastic earnings – commissions & bonus
EPF, SOCSO, Annual leave &Medical leave
Office work hours (8.00 – 5.00PM)
Walking distance from public transportation (LRT Kerinchi).
Training + allowances provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player.
