Job Description

Job Descriptions :-

– To resolve enquiries from Company and Agent.
– Organised, reply and response appropriately to emails, memos and normal correspondences, etc.
– Ensure timely feedback/updates/respond and follow-ups on issue presented.
– To assist in preparation of presentation materials.
– Establish and manage proper record and documents filing and retrievable system (both hard & soft copy)
– Administration duties including helping on claim handling, verification and follow-ups.
– Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements :-

– Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School / SPM / Fresh Graduates.
– Able to start work immediately.
– Required Language(s) : Bahasa / English / Mandarin will be an added advantage
– Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people.
– Good communication and writing skills.
– Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
– Possesses good problem solving skills and able to multi-task.
– Savvy in Microsoft Words & Excels.

– Salary is negotiable.
