Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Funcation as a Customer Service professional that politely and proficiently attends to service requests and sales interactions with walk-in customer at the office.
-Handle enquiries on service provided.
-Responsible in handling customer information, monetory transactions, handsets and ensuring proper control, recanciliation and timely updates in the office.
-To maintain accurate and comprehensive record at new and existing cutomer

REQUIREMENTS :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent.
-At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Good communication and good customer service.
-Good discipline and work as a team.

Working hour :
MON – FRI (9:30a.m – 6:30p.m)
