We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Job Description
-Assisting in day to day activity, and provide professional secretarial assistance to the Managing Director
-Plan and manage the Managing Director’s schedule including scheduling meeting, appointments and travelling arrangement
Arranging travel, visa and accommodation whenever necessary
-Produce reports, presentations and brief
Job Requirements
-Candidate must be possessed at least Higher Secondary / STPM / A Level / Pre U/ Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advance Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalents.
– Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
– Competency in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe application such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc is an added advantage.
– Possess own transport and driving license.
– Willingness to travel.
– Highly motivated
– Must possess good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with people from all level and good negotiation skills.
– Candidates who are responsible, energetic, enthusiast, patience are our priority responsible and good in time management.
-Excellent organisational skills including filing and documentation.
-Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and flexible attitude.
