POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
• MLVK, (Basic)
• 3G & 6G, Esso / Mara
• JIS 2 3801, Arc ( 3 positions )
• JIS 2 3821, Tig ( 1 position )

Desired :
• 5 years of experience as a welder, on SMAW,GMAW,GTAW and OAW processes
• Ability to interpret Technical / Engineering Drawings.
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a heat treatment operator, preferably in a metal industry.
• Ability to operate an electrical furnace to perform heat treatment as per specifications.
• Able to perform hardness tests as per specifications upon completing heat treatment process.

MAJOR ROLE
• To work closely with the Supervisor and relevant sections on all welding and heat-treatment related activities including assisting in rework.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• To fulfil scope of work, according to Fisher’s Standards.
• To maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• To perform duties in ensuring production meets Fisher Quality Standards.
• To support other assemblers in daily production work.
• To perform other related duties as assigned.
• To meet OTD to schedule for manufacturing orders issued.
